Spreadsheet templates and models are windows into analytical frameworks. Not all frameworks are created equally. SheetShare exists to find the very best spreadsheets and templates so we can see how the best have done it and all become better.

We believe the design and creative process of developing an analytical framework, which is represented by a spreadsheet or template, is similar to that of writing a book and may even take as much time as the book writing process. We understand that many of the templates our community of experts have created represent decades of experience and learnings synthesized into an extremely useful tool. Just like books, templates and the frameworks they represent can be used off the shelf, but more often than not, they are used as inspiration and modularly applied to the specific use cases by the unique individuals using the templates. We believe that users will come back to the templates time and again to reference them and be inspired by the frameworks they represent for many future use cases.
