Refund policy

SheetShare sells digital spreadsheet templates through an annual all-access membership. Because access is digital and immediate, please read this policy before subscribing.

Digital products and membership access. Your membership gives you immediate access to download our templates. Because access begins right away and downloaded files cannot be returned, membership fees are generally non-refundable once access begins.

If you're not satisfied. If you're unhappy for any reason, contact us through the contact form within 14 days of your payment and tell us what went wrong. We review every request personally and may, at our reasonable discretion, issue a full or partial refund.

Cancelling your membership. You can cancel anytime. Log in, open your account page, and select Manage Plan. This takes you to our payment provider, Stripe, where you can change or cancel your plan. You keep access through the end of your paid term and will not be charged again. We do not prorate refunds for the unused part of a term.

Automatic renewal. Your membership renews automatically at the end of each annual term at the then-current price, using your payment method on file, unless you cancel before the renewal date. Where required by law, we will send a reminder before renewal.

Billing errors. If you were charged in error, charged after cancelling, or see any other billing problem, contact us through our contact form and we will investigate and correct any genuine error promptly.

EU and UK customers. By starting your membership and accessing digital content immediately, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins, to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty or not as described.
